Drum Workshop, DW for short is a California drum manufacturer. DW originally started by Don Lombardi who was a drum tutor, to cover cost he and a student John Good began selling drum equipment. This was shortly followed by their first ever Drum Workshop product, which was a trap seat. This sold so well that it was the beginning of DW manufacturing.
